Remote Talent Acquisition Lead Join Decentraland’s Global Hiring Team

The Decentraland Foundation is looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join our global, remote-first team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of our recruitment pipeline—sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical roles.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of People & Culture and hiring managers to design and run an efficient, inclusive hiring process. From building candidate pipelines to overseeing agency relationships and coordinating interviews, you’ll help shape the future of our fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to the offer stage
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across various functions, including engineering and product
Screen applicants and assess fit for both skill and culture
Coordinate interview logistics across stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine strategies
Manage and evaluate external recruiters, job boards, and freelance partnerships
Champion a smooth, transparent, and timely candidate experience
Support employer branding and proactive engagement with top talent
Draft and negotiate job offers alongside hiring teams and leadership
Monitor key hiring metrics to improve recruiting efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Lead role
Proven track record hiring for technical positions (e.g., developers, engineers)
Experience in remote or startup environments
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global workplace

Location Requirement
