Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (1 Month)
Pay: ₦ 100, 100,000 – ₦150,000 000 (based on experience)

Role Overview

We're in search of a UI/UX Designer who can lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for three major components of our platform:

1. Admin Web App

2. User Web App

3. User Mobile App

You will collaborate closely with our project lead and development team to transition these interfaces from concept to handoff, creating consistent, accessible, and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the project lead and developers to understand user and system requirements.

2. Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

3. Design responsive, scalable UI for web and mobile platforms.

4. Maintain consistency in design systems, components, and user journeys.

5. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.

6. Deliver design assets and documentation for developer implementation.

7. Adhere to best practices in accessibility and performance.

Requirements

1. Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong, relevant portfolio.

2. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

3. Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile- first principles.

4. Ability to translate complex ideas into elegant UI.

5. Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and prototyping tools.

6. Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.

7. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

8. Bonus Skills

9. Experience working in startups or SaaS environments.

10. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, or Flutter.
