We are hiring a proactive and organized HR Intern to join a fast-growing beauty retail company in Ogudu, Lagos. If you are passionate about people, structure, and the beauty industry, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic work environment.

Location: Ogudu, Lagos (proximity preferred)
Industry: Beauty and Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes

• Manage employee records and assist with HR documentation

• Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and payroll tasks

• Track staff performance and monitor attendance

Requirements:

• HND or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 1 year of HR-related experience

• Good working knowledge of Excel

• Interest in retail or beauty industry

• Detail-oriented, organized, and friendly personality
