Position: Remote UI/UX Designer

Join our product-driven team and help shape the future of our web and mobile platforms. You’ll work alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver a world-class user experience.

Location: Remote – Open to candidates in Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Canada, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.

Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,500/month

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to uncover insights, needs, and pain points

• Design intuitive, engaging interfaces for both web and mobile platforms

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups

• Work closely with developers for smooth design implementation

• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI components

• Run usability testing sessions and apply findings to iterate quickly

• Collaborate with product teams to align design decisions with user and business goals

• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and constantly improve our design process

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles

• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs

• Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS is a plus)

• Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Background in B2B SaaS design

• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design (iOS/Android)

• Understanding of accessibility standards

• Experience in dashboard/data visualization UX
