Program Highlights

1. Format: Fully Online

2. Duration: July 2025 – February 2026 (10 hours per week)

3. Location: Africa-based participants only

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must:

1. Identify as a woman and be between 18–30 years old

2. Hold African nationality and be living in an African country

3. Be fluent in English

4. Have reliable internet access

5. Be enrolled in or graduated from a post-secondary program (any discipline)

What You’ll Learn and Do

1. Energy Systems 101 & Advanced Energy Topics

2. Work on real-world energy projects with industry partners

3. Participate in weekly coaching and team collaboration

4. Attend career development webinars and coaching sessions
