Responsibilities:

Engage directly with users on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and others to promote brand engagement and positive sentiment.
Execute community-first content strategies across platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with community moderators and platform leaders.
Monitor community trends and report insights back to internal teams.
Identify community influencers and brand advocates, highlighting great user-generated content.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in community management or social media engagement, ideally within a large tech or gaming company.
Strong familiarity with Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
